How long does it usually take to get my order?

All of our products are made to order in our Columbus, Ohio workshop, and the standard lead time is 4-5 weeks. Our handbags and wallets are made in small batch drops, and we restock them on a monthly basis. This means that all bags currently in stock (except preorders) will ship within 1-2 business days.

I want a bag that isn't in stock. What do I do?

We operate on an "Order Week" model. Our website opens for orders during the first 7 days of each month. The best way to catch the piece you want is to join our email newsletter at the bottom of our homepage or our Instagram broadcast channel here.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your bag. Sometimes it just doesn't work out. You have 14 days to get in touch with us and start the return process. Bags must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return. Bags returned without prior communication, and bags with customizations (monogrammed or bespoke items) are not eligible for return. Once we receive your return, we'll do an inspection and be in touch.

Do you offer custom bags?

We would love to offer custom bags for everyone! However, as a small operation we put all our effort into making the awesome designs you see on our website. If you absolutely must have a rock inspired, one-of-a-kind, kickass bag, send us an email and we'll see if it's a great fit.

How do I find out about new colors and designs?

Sign up for our newsletter or Instagram Broadcast channel here! We send out all the latest news including color drops, share new designs, pre-orders, and a few other behind the scenes things. Don't worry, we won't spam you.
