If you change your mind, it's no big deal.
We accept returns for items in their original condition up to 14 days after purchase.
- Send an email to JS@SEELMADE.COM to begin the return process.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Your item must be unused and in original condition.
- Items with obvious signs of wear are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you.
- Clearance or "Sample Sale" items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the 14 day period has expired and you still need to return your item, please email JS@SEELMADE.COM for support, as store credit may be available.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 14 days. All banks and financial institutions are different, the time it takes for the refund to show up in your account will vary.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of original purchase. Please send an email to JS@SEELMADE.COM if you need to exchange an item. The cost of shipping is on us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you electronically.
