Great question! Our standard lead times are about 4-5 weeks from when an order is placed. We're a small business and making your bag from scratch just takes time. We're not willing to sacrifice cutting corners just for speed's sake.

We want you to love your bag. Sometimes it just doesn't work out. You have 14 days to get in touch with us and start the return process. Bags must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return. Bags returned without prior communication are also ineligible for return. Once we receive your return we'll do an inspection and be in touch.

We'd love to be able to offer everyone a custom bag! However, as a small operation we put all our effort into making awesome Made to Order designs on our site. If you absolutely must have a rock inspired, one of a kind, kick-ass bag. Send us an email and we'll see if its a great fit.

It depends. We've been focusing on our online sales and have been doing less in-person shows. You can still find us at a few markets here (In the Ohio area). We do announce when we'll be in person but if your curious you can always reach out via email or DM on Instagram!
